FAQ:
1. When is registration?
- Registration typically begins online in May and runs until the end of June, we do offer 1 in person day to register usually mid-May.
2. How much does it cost?
-Last year registration price was $65 for 1st-6th graders, $25 for flag which is 4yr olds and kindergarteners.
- There is also the option to bring a donation of $100 or more from business as a sponsor for the organization and your registration fee will be waived.
3. How do I know what team my child will be on?
-We go by the grade your child will be entering in the fall.
Flag is 4 yr olds and kindergarteners
C team is 1st & 2nd grade
B team is 3rd & 4th grade
A team is 5th & 6th grade
4. Is there cheerleading for 4 year olds and kindergarteners?
- No, we do not offer cheerleading until children are entering 1st grade.
5. When will practices begin?
- There will be a few optional "open gym" nights in July. Practice begins at the beginning of August.
6. How many nights a week are practices?
-Practices before school starts are usually 4 nights a week and after school begins for the year it changes to 3 nights a week.
7. What equipment will I need to purchase for my child?
-Football players will need a pair of cleats; we do have some donated pairs available at the shed, but they are limited.
-Cheerleaders will need specific shoes information on them can be provided upon request.
8. When are games?
- We have games on Sundays but there may be some Saturday games.
9. How many games will there be a season?
-There will be one scrimmage at the beginning of the season. Usually, we have eight unless a team makes it to the championship game. There is also usually a game for just sixth graders of the league that is optional.
10. Where are games played at?
- Last year we had four home games and four away games at other schools in our league, directions to the away fields will be provided the week off the game.
11. Specifics for cheerleaders
- There will be a cheer competition usually held in November.
